We stayed at the Villa Romeo for a week-long, family holiday in Greece (4 adults; 3 children). The villa is attractive, clean, and well designed. The owners are super nice and helpful. The villa has a well-furnished kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the main floor and 2 bedrooms and a bath on the upper floor. The kitchen has a washing machine; no dryer, but clothes dried quickly outside on the drying rack provided. The pool is beautiful. Our children could have happily spent the entire vacation in the pool.
As the description states, the villa is located at the southern tip of the island, near Prasonisi beach. We rented a car to get there. It was a nice spot from which to explore the nearby beaches, monasteries and sites. It is an easy day trip, via car, to the valley of the butterflies or Rhodes City. The village of Kattavia is across the street from the villa and has two small grocery stores as well as a few restaurants. There is another villa on the property. While there were other guests there during our stay, the villa still seemed very private.
We really enjoyed our stay!
