This cottage was absolutely beautiful, it's in immaculate condition, decorated to a very high standard and has everything that you could possibly require. The small personal touches really make this property. As we stayed during November, we would have loved to have a fire, but otherwise we couldn't possibly find fault. Great to have so many local guide books too

Myself and my partner had a wonderful stay at Piglets and were very sad to leave it after our short holiday. The property is just a delight - set in a gated location not far from Norwich and Great Yarmouth. It was warm and cosy and very comfortable and Julie the owner was the perfect host.

We would recommend this holiday rental to anyone who wishes to explore the Norfolk coastline but wishes to still be not too far from Norwich city centre. We hope we might stay here again in the future if the opportunity arises - 5 stars!

Absolutely brilliant accommodation with friendly helpful owners. This perfect cottage has everything you are likely to need, is immaculate and extremely comfortable. Beautifully situated within owners landscaped gardens (adjoining their cut flower nursery) and provides a private seating area and garden solely for the use of holidaymaker.

I'm almost reluctant to say how GREAT this cottage really is.... in case it becomes so popular, we can't book again!
We were in Norfolk to do some cycling, and there was even room in this cottage's utility room for both our bikes & all our cycling gear.
It is situated on the outskirts of Lingwood, within striking distance of a couple of well stocked supermarkets in a neighbouring village, and set in some of Norfolk's most beautiful scenery. There are also many places to eat, again in nearby villages.
The cottage is very well equipped, and it seems the owner has thought of everything, to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.
The owner stays in the house next door to this property, which is set in the grounds of a market garden/ nursery. She was very helpful, and keen to make sure we had everything we needed. There was a great amount of information about Norfolk, and the folder of information relating to the cottage and the surrounding area was extremely helpful.
This cottage is ideal for a couple, and although the cottage is in the grounds of a bigger property, our little garden and patio was private. We were lucky enough to have a week of wonderful weather, and enjoyed breakfast outside each day, as well as the odd post-cycle glass of wine!!
The cottage itself was immaculate, with plenty of character and all 'mod cons'.
I am surprised this has not had more excellent reviews on Tripadvisor, as the visitors' book suggests that many other people have been just as impressed as we were.
If we return to Norfolk, "Piglets" will definitely be our first choice!
