First be aware that the location shown on TA is WAY off, not even the right side of the river. I reported this to TA but they did not correct it. Plug the address into maps to see the correct location. Rented a superior double room, a beautiful little bungalow set in a pretty garden. The room had a comfy bed with soft linen, fridge, kettle with coffee packets, fan, AC, TV (nothing to watch), and a nice veranda with table/benches, a great place to sit with a morning coffee. Bathroom had hot water. There was a faint wifi signal, and 3G was cutting in and out. Host family was super friendly and relaxed. There is no restaurant on site, but there are choices in town. Although it seems far from town, it really isn't. You can easily walk there and also can walk to Sai Yok Noi waterfall. Overall an excellent value for a beautiful bungalow and kind host. Wish I'd have stayed longer.

There was water coming down from seemingly everywhere. This was popular with Thai families who would show with a blanket to have an all afternoon picnic. On the trail across to the old train there was a tree hanging on with interesting roots. The property was a real treat for all visitors. I could revisit anytime.
