For only 500 baht per night this place does the job. The room is simple but clean and the wifi is consistent and dependable. My only annoyances are the following - they give you a small blanket for sleep... there's no bed cover provided. Also, the air con will is positioned right over the bed so it can be too strong at times. Finally, on the 2nd day they failed to clean the room from the first day so we had to change rooms and thankfully there was a clean room available. Otherwise, a fair hotel at a bargain price.
