This place is just for relaxation. The resort has everything you need for some days of escape from your busy life, nice rooms, good restaurant with buffet and a-la-carte options, covered covered huts for relaxation at the beach, many options for activities just at the resort as snorkelling, kayaking, diving, volleyball, beach soccer, two swimming pools, a wonderful beach with clear water, a spa, a convenient store, a wonderful beach bar and happy hours from 14:00 - 18:00. We spent 5 days here and never left the compound.
Extras for Platinum members are quite good. Welcome Drinks for every person in the party, room upgrades, a cake platter as welcome gift (delicious), one free massage in the Spa for two adults staying in the same room... only downside is that there is no happy hour or lounge, as used from Accor hotels in the same price range/category.
But this was easy to accept for us, because the very caretaking team, from GM to concierge, took so well care of us and tried their best to cater to all our needs. The GM even offered us to use the facilities some days later, when we had a 9 hours transit-stay in Lombok for going back home. That was just amazing and gave a very special end to our vacation, where otherwise we would have possibly just spend a boring time at the airport.
