The place is old, run down and well past its glory days - BUT - it is great place to
spend the days in the nature and access to all the nearby attraction.
Room is basic. It is kind of bungalows spread in the natural forest. The pool was
closed. Breakfast is just ok. Internet was better than expected albeit little slow.

I got a voucher from my aunt who booked this resort for her family vacation but can't make it. This resort locates approximately 50 kilometers from the main road, but, the road leads to the hotel is in a very good condition. However, it is recommend that you should drive your own car/motorbike or at least rent one in order to stay at this resort.
The atmosphere in the resort is very good and quiet, with lots of trees & plants cover all the area of the resort. You can breathe in the fresh & clean air which is very hard to find in a city. There is only one receptionist but she is very helpful and kind.
We have 4 paxs for this trip but got 2 units of 2 bedrooms bungalow in which can accommodate 8+ persons (my aunt booked for her family). Once we step into our unit, there will be a dining table where you can enjoy your own food here or just to chit-chat with friends. Inside the unit, there will be a small wooden bench where you can sit and watch the TV. There is a medium size refrigerator, a TV, a wash basin and in-room bathroom. They also provide shampoo and soap for you.
Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioner. The cons is that the resort is surrounded by tress so it is unavoidable that bugs and insects will enter into your rooms from time to time. However, at night it will be very quiet so if you plan to make or do anything that can create loud noise, please think twice. Otherwise, you can get a very good quality of sleep in here.
At the back of the resort are the meditation area in which the owner constructed many small units for those who want to practise meditation to stay free of charge but you have to dress in white and eat vegetarian.
Regarding the food, it was a set menu so they will not have any other dishes than what they have set (of course, the costs for breakfast and dinner are included in the package). If you don't like the food they offer, then you have to drive at least 50 km. to find the nearest restaurant which is not recommended if you will go out after the sunset as the street lights are very limited.
This resort allow you to bring your small dogs like Chiwawah, Shi-Tzu but you have to put the leash on them and take care of their wastes.
The attractions around the resort are Huai Kha Kaeng Wild Life Sanctuary (60 km. from the resorts) and Samor Thong Hot Spring (40 km.).
