Checkin time is listed for between 17.00 and 19.00 and B&B contacted us to confirm our arrival time. we advised between 5.00 and 6.00 and arrived at 5.10, no one there. waited a few minutes, then rang contact mobile and advised they would arrive shortly, arrived 17.40.
bedroom was nice but musty smell in bedroom from ensuite which left once you rang extractor fan.
breakfast ok: location good right in the middle of Doolin and price ok.

Stayed for a week in September Spotlessly clean wonderful facilities. Warm welcome with heating and welcome . The Frawley family were very welcoming and made us feel welcome in Doolin with lots of information on what to do and where to see. Highly recommend.
We stayed in the cottages for a weekend taking three grouped together and they were perfect for our needs. They were also spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. Facilities for cooking etc were great and the location was perfect. The Frawley's were also really helpful and made sure we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend and also stay again!
Second time I gave stayed at these cottages. Love it. Liam and Ann obviously take pride in the cottages, very clean And homely. Beds comfy. Heating was out in before our arrival so was warm for us. ... Views are amazing. Shop just up road. Doolin fisher street just 2 miles away. Will recommend to everyone. Only place I will stay in doolin. And cheap compared to hotels etc, and u get own space, washing machine, tumble dryer, all mod cons. Open fire. I can't praise this enough. Thank u Liam and Ann. Will definitely be back
