Lovely and warm respite from the rain; close walk to Doolin's restuarants

4.0 of 5 bubblesPending reviewReviewed 3 weeks ago
The twin room was great as the two beds were separated by a partial wall. This provided some unexpected and appreciated privacy as my daughter and I had been traveling together for about a week. The beds were comfortable. The tea and prepackaged snack were appreciated. Carol was great at communicating via email to organize our stay.

I would definitely plan another stay at this B&B. It was delightful from the time we arrived. We were a bit ahead of the check in time but the rooms were ready and we were welcomed in along with time given to tell us a bit about the area.
Our rooms were nice - clean, good linens, fresh.
Our hostess offered homemade granola bars so fresh they were still warm. They were for breakfast but she offered one to us that evening.
As for our breakfast, the first thing was hot coffee and tea along with hot scones that were very likely the best we had in Ireland. The rest of the breakfast was great. We were able to order from several options.
I would highly recommend the Churchfield B&B if your travels take you to Doolin.

The Doolin Cottage Bed & Breakfast, a clean and quiet B&B, was a wonderful way to begin our Ireland vacation. Our hostess was kind and helpful. The B&B is in an ideal location in downtown Doolin. So relaxing.

Me and my friend were heading down to Doolin and decided to book Doolin Cottage. We arrived at Doolin Cottage at about six in the evening our room was very clean spacious and even had a kettle for the morning.Carol was a great host as well she always had a smile on her face.We had a great night sleep that night I thought it would have been noisy but I was wrong it was extremely quiet. In the morning we had breakfast in our room because due to Covid-19 we couldn’t mix with other people in the house. There was only one option for breakfast witch was a full Irish breakfast and it came with a glass of orange juice tea or coffee the full Irish was very nice though.Check out was straight after breakfast it was good value for the night and I will be returning

Our stay in Doolin was very comfortable thanks to Doolin Cottage B&B. It was clean and cozy, and within walking distance of several pubs and attractions (the ferry to the Aran Islands). Carol was a cordial host. The breakfasts were delicious and ample - good coffee! Our stay here was absolutely the highlight of a weeklong trip - we hiked the Burren, went to Inishmore, and enjoyed the craic at O'Connor's pub. I would love to visit again!

We only stayed one night. Close to the Cliffs of Moher. Great location, on site parking. Breakfast was wonderful and filling. Hostess was wonderful, excellent customer service. Room was clean and cozy. Walking distance to a few pubs/restaurants (we really liked Fitzpatrick's). I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone.
