I Just wanna say how amazing the staff are here at this hotel, particularly Siobhan and Karen. We were due to have my sisters hen here last weekend, the week before the hen my uncle took Sick and we had to cancel last minute. It was a very sad time for us, Siobhan and Karen were so understanding and didn't charge us for the 3 suits we had booked even though they were losing out on business themselves over this, I'm forever grateful for their upmost kindness and looking forward to visit very soon.

Thank you kindly,
Michelle x

Dated, grubby and in dire need of investment. Our room was so awful we did not avail of breakfast that was included in the rate. There were hairs in the bed and bath. There was a foul smell in the reception area as soon as you entered. The bath panel was broken off, writing on the bathroom door, grime on the mirror, exposed pipes, windows and curtains grimy could barely see out. Could not wait to leave.

This hotel break was a spur of the moment decision. Warm welcome from reception staff, our room was ready early so we checked in immediately and our room was spacious, spotless and was very comfortable. Our view was of the carpark amd the hills beyond however on walking out of the hotel you are a short stroll from Lahinch beach and can enjoy some spectacular views en route.

We decided on a late dinner in the hotel restaurant. Staff very friendly, efficient and our meals were 5 star quality. Superb locally sourced fish and meat and the deserts too tempting to refuse. Entertainment was a solo singer with guitar who was excellent. It was not too intrusive or too loud and you could chat away comfortably.

Great hotel for a family break or as a couple and would certainly recommend.

Dated decor, awful breakfast, and generator noise that kept me awake. Bathroom door handle fell off..... most plug sockets in the room didn’t have any power - found 1 which we took in turns using....

This hotel sounded great from the reviews, and I’m not sure if we had a bad experience/room, but not worth the money we spent....

Did mention the reception on the way out - not a great deal of interest
