We found these Japanese Gardens in Tramore and what a truly beautiful place. The gardens trace the life of Lafcadio Hearn, from his childhood in Tramore to his life in the US and then in Japan. The gardens were quiet, peaceful and really lovely, with a huge range of plants, shrubs and trees. A community project, the people of Tramore deserve great credit for the work they have done to make such a beautiful Japanese Garden for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommended!
