The kids loved the place but the staff is very rude u actually have to look for someone if u want to go on any ride and keep away from the coin machines i was playing for while and i won and the coins wont come out the slot because they had it blocked so the coins slide to the bottom of the machine i got someone to look at it and they gave me few coins and they didnt change anything so keep an eye open otherwise was a fun hour for the kids

Thank you for writing your review. We are glad that the kids enjoyed their visit to us here in Perks. I am sorry that you thought our staff to be rude, as it is one area in which we are always complimented on. We do wish that you had asked to see management regarding this on the day you visited as this is not tolerated. In relation to the coin machines that you referred to, i believe that they are the pushers. These machines have a security lock feature that is built into them and released by a sensor when the coin passes through it. More than likely the sensor missed the coin and therefore the security lock was never released.
Regarding the rides ,the time in which you visited us would have been in a quiet period so all the rides are not manned. They are all operational and are operated in rotation or as required. During busy periods we have an operator at each ride.

we had a fantastic day out the entertainment was first class the younger kids had blackbeard &other rides in the entertainment center,the older kids had 10 pin bowling & lazer tag we all got fab food in mc perkie resturant the staff on the day were super and a special thanks to Laura and sal perks for providing the entertainment.

A good venue for a childs birthday party .lots of entertainment and fun for all. The lazer guns are for only a certain height range but smaller children are looked after.

Has just about everything a kid could want in terms of games, slots, pool, air hockey etc. but we went with a set amount of cash and when it's gone it's gone. Got a couple of hours out of it for €50 with 2 young kids. Need to keep an eye on opening times as it's regularly closed.
