Average Stay

Stayed here last week for three nights. I’d rate this an average/poor stay. As soon as I went to check in the staff member wasn’t the nicest and made me feel uncomfortable with the manner she was using. Also, there was lots of cobwebs in the room. The duvet was covered in yellow stains. I got lunch there and have to say the food was lovely. For breakfast the waiter on the first morning was no help and we asked several times for toast and cutlery and never was given them and was a burden when we asked

Relaxing Stay

We had a lovely stay, came for 2 nights ended up staying 3 and would have stayed longer our room had a balcony which was an added bonus would definitely recommend this hotel all the staff were so friendly and nothing was a problem, we will definitely be back!

Family Break

Just back from few days at this hotel have to say thoroughly enjoyed it breakfast was freshly cooked with great variety best I have had in a hotel staff in every part of hotel were really friendly there were 8 of us and nobody had any complaints couldn't fault it will certainly be making return visit Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable

Great stay

Stayed here with my 8 year old for two nights to break up our trip to the Cliffs of Mohar and we had a lovely time. Amazingly comfortable bed in a decent sized room. We had breakfast both mornings which was thoroughly enjoyed. Dinner options were limited but the food was of excellent quality, fresh and great value. Any staff members that we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. Will be back for sure!!

Gorgeous little hotel and amazing staff

We went to the Killaloe Hotel and Spa to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and had a beautiful stay. The room was well decorated and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We stayed in one of the rooms with a terrace, and the view from the room was lovely.

All of the staff we came into contact with throughout our stay were so friendly, helpful and accommodating.

We asked at reception for help with a HDMI input on our TV in the room so we could use our Firestick to watch Netflix in the evenings, and the porter assisted us by taking the tv off the bracket and plugging in an extender which was so helpful!! The Wi-Fi connectivity in the room was absolutely perfect and we were able to stream with no issue. This was a huge thing for us as so many hotels have really bad WiFi.

We ate in the hotel bar on one of the nights and the food was gorgeous, the staff there were lovely also.

I also had a couple of spa treatments with Kate which were so relaxing. She was so very friendly and is a fountain of knowledge for all things skincare.

The only negative I have to say is that there was a bit of water damage in our bathroom possibly from the shower which was a bit unsightly but it didn't affect the quality of our stay
