Beautiful property by the lake, great service received from a very friendly and helpful staff. There is no elevator present, but lots of help getting heavy bags up and down the stairs.

Fabulous hotel in a beautiful location, our room was right on the waterfront was stunning. Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, food simply gorgeous. Enjoyed the leisure centre before breakfast, only negative of the entire hotel is the Jacuzzi needs to be resurfaced or replaced, we will most definitely return
What a lovely spot. I wish I had spent more time there. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the leisure centre was fun. I especially enjoyed the eucalyptus in the steam room. The grounds are lovely and I'm sure they must do many weddings there.
My husband and I got married in the Lakeside Hotel in August 2024 and couldn't be happier with our choice of venue. We had our ceremony in the perfectly maintainined gardens followed by drinks reception and meal in the hotel. The food and service was outstanding. Every single member of staff was wonderful, not just to the bridal party, but several guests gave wonderful feedback also. The hotel exceeded our expectations and would wholeheartedly recommend this venue for anyone planning their wedding.
As a family we attended for a wedding. It was very professionally handled and all had a great time. Setting was superb.
