Great location, great food, lovely staff!

This hotel was a great find. Fantastic location in the town centre, able to walk to all shops. Easy drive to Dunfanaghy coast, @ 45 mins.
Food was very good. Lovely breakfast, full Irish, and really enjoyed Sri Lankan chicken curry. Also vegetarian option.
Rooms very comfortable, shower great,
All staff very helpful and friendly, excellent service.
Car parking provided behind hotel.

Highly recommend, we will be back!

Excellent!

This staff in the hotel are absolutely brilliant - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Particular mention to Shauna on reception for going our of her way to make our stay very comfortable. Rooms were clean spacious and warm and the food was really tasty. Whenever our next stay in letterkenny is, this will definitely be our first choice!

Brilliant

Love it and will continue to go back, from welcoming receptionist to night Porter, excellent customer service, loved room 234 ad it was at the end of the corridor and didn’t have to tell my husband (40th anniversary) to turn the volume down, can we have the same room again, please

Disappointing

don’t go if it’s a nights sleep or privacy your after the walls are made of paper I could hear everything that was happening in the room beside me and the corridors,and then there was a constant buzzing noise coming from the roof I reported all back to the lady at reception she didn’t really seem to care I definitely won’t be staying here again and I will be advising others not to stay here either I’m badly disappointed paying for a good sleep and getting non .

1 night stay

Excellent service friendly staff and good food. Very accommodating for gluten free. Excellent gluten free cooked breakfast that included gf sausages and "promise" bread that most other hotels are unable or unwilling to provide.
