Great Santa Experience

Great Santa Experience. Thank you. Very well organised. Great Santa, great Mrs Claus and lovely hot chocolate. Our boys loved it. Thank you. Food in restaurant was lovely also. Staff were friendly and very approachable. The breakfast was also great. Great value.

Santa experience 🎅🎅

Just back from the Mount Errigal Santa experience, Its was such a lovely night, Santa was fabulous came into the room singing spent ages with the kids asking questions, singing songs and getting photos with us, down then to Mrs Claus who was brilliant with the kids again took time with kids they loved the hot chocolate and cookies, watched end of movie then it was story time, hotel was busy but felt safe at all times, covid restrictions be adhered to and I didn't see anyone not wearing a mask, Ate in the Bar and the food was of its usual high standard, I did read some negative reviews on here before going and was skeptical about going but honestly couldn't fault it, Even with covid restrictions the night was so magical for our boys and would def go back again

Santa Experience

Myself,my husband and 2 kids spent Sat night at the hotel for the Santa experience. From start to finish it was definitely the best experience. Santa was amazing, spent ages talking to the kids,took his time and didn't rush, and sure Mrs Clause was the best fun. Such a treat for the kids. The staff were amazing, friendly and could not do enough for you, hotel was busy with all covid rules adhered too.
The food was out of this world, rooms were amazing, spacious and had everything you need for family get away..
We will definitely be back...again..this was our second time to visit the hotel with the kids for Santa experience, and sure nothing beats heading to pool/leisure centre the next morning. Everything under the one roof..
Thanks to Terry and all the staff for the best night and looking after us all so well.

We will be back!!

12th December visit, 2021

Lovely stay, staff team v obliging. Great atmosphere and food superb tasting and value for money.... Children staying for the Santa Visits were so happy and the Christmas feeling was heartwarming especially during these dark times we are having... Thank you Dining Room Manager and her team and Housekeeping for excellent service at v busy times nothing was too much trouble... See you again, Jill

Great stay once again

I stayed here last week with a party consisting of myself, my wife and 3 wee boys , and its safe to say we'll be back again next Christmas and maybe a wee trip up to Donegal during the year once again for a well deserved treat!
The staff were so well mannered and they offered us a great service the whole week.
We were on the Santa Experience bundle and we were so glad to have a bit of happiness and cheerfulness at the sight of Santa, Mrs. Clause and the elves during a problematic time in the Covid situation at the minute.
There was a large room down the bag that served as a cinema which was great for the boys , and we felt comforted by the social distancing and other procedures around the hotel. The food was delicious and we had a sounnd night sleep every night
