Classic hotel in a lovely setting. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The decor was slightly dated. The scones were ok not great a bit doughy. The pasts was nice and accompanied with cheese. I had the crubeens the were strong tasting ham made into balls and crumbed. The dish was very well presented and had pickled cauliflower and fennel dust. Tasty dish. The soup was smoked tomato and had a beautiful strong smoked flavour, this was the most unique soup I have had in some time. I had my usual omelette for breakfast at it was tasty and well seasoned.
The views were spectacular and the sun set was most memorable. We will return More
