Had a wonderful stay at the Radisson blue Athlone,room was spotless,breakfast was very good,but the best was our breakfast host Avril who helped me with directions to a funeral I was attending and didn’t know the area,Avril really gives the full guest experience,will definitely be returning.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the Radisson Blu Athlone on the 11th of July 2024 and it’s safe to say I will not stay here ever again. Due to my girlfriend leaving her Identification at home we were told we were not allowed to stay. If she didn’t have a picture of it on her phone we would have been left without acommadation for the night. Even though we stayed the night it had still ruined our 1 year anniversary and left us both feeling angry and upset.

Loved our stay here,we stayed two nights, great hotel, great breakfast, spotless room,fabulous outside area looking over the marina very central to everything ,the staff were fabulous, nothing was to much trouble for them,recommend 100%,really nice hotel 🏨

We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu in Athlone for our family reunion. It was perfectly situated for meeting everyone. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very helpful, particularly on reception and in the restaurants.
We were particularly impressed by Avril in the breakfast restaurant who offered to to send us copies of an article about our reunion that was going to be published in the local newspaper the following week. In the same restaurant, Tulay was also very helpful and friendly.
We will certainly stay at the Radisson Blu again when visiting Athlone

Visited Athlone for the first time in over 40 years and stayed at the Radisson. Had a great room overlooking the river and castle. The bar staff were very helpful at a very busy time and we had a lovely meal on our first night. The Hotel is in a great location we didnt need to use our car as we could walk to all parts of the town. Will definitely be goig back soon.
