It was hard to find good cooking in Irland but we finaly found one here in Oughterard!
The burger and fish were great

Very busy place and understandably so, food was delicious and so reasonably priced. The waitress was on top of her head but managed to keep us all happy a great girl sorry I forgot your name but you were wonderful as was pizza and chicken burger, chips couldn’t be beaten!!

Delicious gluten free fish and chips. Cook/owner is Celiac’s. He will make your pizza or fish and chips gluten free (gf flour, gf prep surface, gf fryer). When we went, it was not explicitly stated in the menu. However, if you ask for it, he will make it for you.

Des is an amazing host, makes everyone feel welcome. Food is simple but very good and tasty, atmosphere fab. Love the place!

We spent one night there and ate in the restaurant. the room was good, the services satisfactory. we ate at the restaurant, the burgers were delicious. the owner is very friendly and provides information on hikes in the area
