We just have the most wonderful experience in Ireland. We traveled from Dublin to Galway with many stops in between.
Our driver Ciaran Commins was terrific.
So knowledgeable about Ireland and connected with us right away. He offered numerous suggestions about different sites and was spot on about what we liked.
This is truly a beautiful, warm, welcoming country. We will come back again and of course ask for Ciaran to be our driver/guide.

Claire and her team from luxury Irish tours, provided us with the most fabulous vacation touring southern Ireland! We spent two weeks at a leisurely pace exploring much of the attractions, atmosphere and culture of Dublin, Cork, Kinsale, Killarney, the Dingle Peninsula, ring of Kerry, Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, Galway, the Atlantic way, and Connemara!
The cities were engaging, and the countryside was so beautiful. We were especially fortunate to have our driver and guide, Ciaran, whom we would highly recommend to anyone seeking an individualized experience. Every day was magical, and here are a few of our favourite things: Powerscourt Waterfall and gardens; Gaelic Roots theatre production in Killarney, Dromoland castle and our falconry experience, and the wonderful people of Ireland we met along the way and had the privilege to talk with.
Many thanks to Claire and her team as all of our hotels and accommodations, along with our restaurant recommendations, we’re all perfect and we enjoyed everyone of our experiences! Also, thanks very much to Ciaran, who chauffeured us throughout southern Ireland, and introduced us to Hurling and Gaelic football… So much fun to watch!

5 Stars Excellent Service.
Clare was extremely helpful in planning this trip for my family. From sights to see, hotels to stay at, and visiting my family roots this was a trip that we will always remember. Des our driver was fantastic and so easy going. Always on time and helpful at getting all of us back on the bus. There was 17 of us an a surprise visit making us 18. Best trip ever. Thanks Des and Clare for making this trip “ A Lovely Day 🎼 ☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️

I cannot recommend Luxury Irish Tours highly enough. From the time Des, our driver/tour guide met us at the hotel in Dublin, it was like traveling with a friend. We were able to see parts of Ireland that you normally don’t see like 9/11 Memorial in Kinsale and The cliffs in Kerry while going around the Ring of Kerry. Des was marvelous! He made sure we missed nothing! He was a delight while driving from place to place. Wonderful conversations and knowledge of Ireland. If you are thinking of taking a private tour of Ireland, Luxury Irish Tours is the way to go. You can’t miss if Des or Niall (our driver the last two days) are your guide/driver. An Irish trip we will long remember!

Meticulously & perfectly planned w/Claire Spain, for 17 people 3-83y/o. We traveled all over Ireland and stayed in 7 different hotels during our trip. She took the time to personalize our family trip with all of the requested points of interests, and she even helped coordinate for our American family to meet up with our Irish relatives on at least 5 different occasions. All of the incredible preplanning was amazing because of Des. Des was definitely more than just our incredible bus driver, he was more like the event coordinator/activities director with a terrific sense of humor and a specialty in herding cats. (Again the age of our group was 3 years old to 83, 3 generations all ages in between and all different activity levels and a wide variety of personalities, and 80% of us were from NJ/NY, so this was not an easy feat.)
The bus was great, and we all loved the drives going city to city and witnessing the incredible beauty of Ireland through the large windows in the climate controlled bus. We never had to worry about getting lost or how we were getting anywhere because of this.
Ireland itself is breathtaking, but the added perks of using Spain Tours takes the breathtaking country to another glorious level of luxury.
