Lovely place to visit. Seen an ad on facebook and brought my 2 children (7 + 12) they loved it! My youngest took over the map we were given and felt like he was on a treasure hunt looking for the waterfall. The two girls at the kiosk were friendly and helpful. Will be back again.

This is a great place for a walk while taking in the scenery.
Best to go when its dry weather.
Proper walking shoes necessary.
Not suitable for anyone not great on their feet.
Best to bring a packed meal.

Garden dating from the 1790s, relaxing location with nice path walks and a beautiful waterfall and thatched cottage. The gardens are only open to the public for Jul & Aug

We visit every July but with other things going on it was late August this year. Absolutely beautiful, heavenly even if that's your thing.
Loved the meadow from the swing bench today. Never saw a display of butterflies like it in Ireland before, total silence except for the breeze through the trees and the call of a wood pigeon.
Idyllic.

Found this gem of tranquility talking to local people in Thomas Town. Kilfane waterfall and park so peaceful and beautiful a little paradise weather was unsettled but rain didn’t stop us enjoying the beautiful gardens staff really helpful talking to us about the ongoing work answering all questions the gardener really enjoys his job every corner had a surprise just loved it will definitely be visiting again you can spend all day and still not see everything it has to offer just brilliant
