Excellent experience. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. A very relaxed but efficient experience. Our room had fabulous view of Lee and the busy activities of trawlers, navy and cruise ships. Great food and very Coeliac friendly.

Stayed for one night .but was impressed with the room and service that was given ..bar staff were very good never had to wait to long for my drink ..and brekfast was great loads of choices …i will be back very soon ……
Amazing i have no words at how professional and welcoming the staff are here. Absolutely beautiful hotel stunning harbour views. Room was so clean and comfortable .The staff are just phenomenal. Sinead who looked after me at reception was so kind and helpful. The waitress Aishling and Jennifer the manager who assisted me all so wecoming snd nothing was a hassle they would make you feel so at ease. I have really enjoyed every moment here. The food is just divine the best in Cobh. The Wateredge's hotel is the place to visit. The level of customer service the best i have ever experienced. I will be back.
We booked here for 3 nights originally & our first impression was - this looks good! Very friendly receptionist, who led us to our room, which was WOW! Right on the water, with fabulous views & things just got better from there on! The staff, every last one of them, were excellent at their jobs, they helped make our stay truely brilliant.
Good selection of food on the menu too. Our stay here was so enjoyable that we stayed an extra night!

Fabulous Hotel in a fantastic location, we spent 2 nights in the hotel, The location is very good, very close to the middle of Cobh but quiet and secluded, there is also free parking, The room was amazing and the view out of the window was incredible, it was lovely to be able to sit in our room watching ships and boats pass by. We couldn't fault the room which was very comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious especially the steaks on the second night. The staff were very attentive and very friendly. All in all a superb break in a lovely hotel
First night of a two night stay and so far we are wowed. Room and view is just outstanding. Huge room (triple) view is spectacular and so clean and spacious. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was gorgeous. So far very impressed and highly recommend.
Waiter was also lovely and brought colours and colouring pages for my son aswell as a straw with his drink.
