We had a family reunion at the Sea Breeze Bed and Breakfast in Castletownbere, County Cork, Ireland it was the most memorable of all the places we stayed on our 13 day visit to Ireland! Noralene was just wonderful and so accommodating as was her daughter Amy. The home is beautiful and the food was great. I highly recommend this B&B!!!
This B & b is amazing. Location was great only a short 15 minute stroll into town. Views are amazing from the B & B. Noralene is an amazing host, she is very welcoming and helpful, Rooms are spotless spacious and extremely comfortable. You have everything you need in the room.
Breakfast is amazing lots of choice and freshly made. It’s my go to B & B when we go back to Castletownbere.
The view is very special and looks right across to Bere Island, but there’s much more. Noralene is a wonderful hostess, who is kind and friendly as well as a very good cook. The breakfasts are filling and delicious, with many choices. In two days, between the four of us, we tried many of the plates on the menu and found all to be excellent. The rooms are comfortable, with some having a sweet view of the ocean. I would highly recommend this lovely B and B.
Five friends on a bicycle tour stayed at this superb B&B for two nights. Warmly greeted by Noralene on arrival with, "Would you like coffee or tea and fresh scones just out of the oven?" Oh my...YES! The property is very well maintained and comfortable with a stunning view of the water. The breakfast was carefully prepared and delicious, with Noralene's skillful hands at work. Aiden made sure every thing ran smoothly and everyone got what they needed. I can't say enough good things about our stay, which was one of the best on our two week trip. Highly recommend this one!
Probably the best B&B we have stayed in. We were greeted by the hostess on arrival who offered us a tea or coffee with a home baked scone which was delicious. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the bay with tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
There was a great selection for breakfast and we opted for the French toast with maple syrup and bacon which was delicious.
Really looking forward to returning in the coming months
