Stay at the Westlodge

Just back from a 2 night stay at the WestLodge Hotel. We stayed in the junior suite and it’s honestly one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in ! Extremely clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Room decor is modern. Housekeepers cleaned and made our bed each day. All the staff were extremely friendly and lots of covid regulations in place. The breakfast was fab and well organised. I can’t wait to go back again !

Fantastic hotel

Fantastic hotel with everything you need, the staff went out of their way for us from reception to the restaurants I couldn’t fault this hotel. The room where spotlessly clean as was everywhere else in the hotel, we didn’t bother going into Bantry to eat as the food in the hotel was so good and competitively priced. We had 2 13 year old boys with us and they loved the pool and the pitch and put golf, we’ll definitely be back!

Great hotel for families

We loved our stay in the westlodge hotel, staff are lovely. The grounds around the hotel are just fab..There are lots to do for kids here, rooms are lovely and food is fab. We really couldn't fault this hotel, thank you!!

Highly recommended...

Chose the cottages at the Westlodge Hotel following a friends recommendation and we not disappointed. Lovely cottages, clean, quiet and have just what you need for a family break. Hotel amenities available as guests and service always with a smile and chat. Located conveniently to many places to visit and a short walk to town along the bay. Plenty to do for kids with pitch & putt, tennis, walks and goals. Cannot go wrong and would definitely recommend if you want a base for West Cork. Hotel restaurant a little pricy for what you get but all in all 8/10. Safety etc A1.

Excellent

I visited in the glorious sunshine in June. We had lunch, menu had great selection, food was delicious and the service fast and friendly. We dined outside and they have a fantastic outside area with plenty of seating. Called back later same day for dessert portion sizes were very generous. It’s a fantastic setting plenty of parking and lovely walk around grounds too. Highly recommend a visit if I’m the area as can’t fault they are doing everything right.
