“Good food and ambience and awesome interior, worth going just for that reason.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 September 2011

A beautiful venue, the food is good and well presented. Excellent Java Republic coffee and tea. Not too great for accessibility if you are a wheelchair user due to narrow church doors at entrance plus steps, but there is outside seating. Staff are attentive and polite. Overall a good choice for a lunchtime meal that is a bit more special than the usual run of the mill. Great for impressing a business client.

“Excellent dinner, friendly service, wonderful atmosphere, highly recommended”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 August 2011

Dinner for four (2 starters, 4 mains, and 4 deserts) was very good value, well cooked and equally well presented. We were seated in the gallery which was bright and airy, and the stained glass windows added a wonderful atmosphere.

“Heavenly place for coffee”

We had good, fast service here during morning coffee, prices not too expensive. The real star is the converted church interior. Simply stunning!

“A must-visit restaurant if you are in West Cork”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 August 2011

This restaurant, located in a building that was actually a church at one time, offered food and service that was absolutely fantastic. All for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend paying a visit to this establishment if you are staying anywhere close or just passing through. Our group ordered five different dishes, each were of a remarkably high standard in terms of taste and presentation. Would happily visit again.
