This is my first choice for lunch in Killorglin and to be honest I haven't found places anywhere else that can rival Zest for lunch! Its always very fresh and totally delicious. My favourites are in the mediterranean range: the mediterranean salad or the mediterranean wrap. Both have goats cheese, caramelised onions, sundried tomatoes, pesto and roasted red peppers. Its super delish and never disappoints. I've been there for brunch twice and thats unreal too. If you're in Killorglin definitely check it out.

Eggs Benedict with Salmon, cooked to perfection. Lovely coffee afterwards, all served by very friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

Visited Zest on a few occasions now and love the place! Food is superb and always appears in minutes even when the place is full. Staff are wonderful and can't do enough for you, so friendly and welcoming. Great spot for breakfast, lunch or an early dinner and the coffee is amongst the best I've tasted in Ireland.

This place doesn't look like much when you step in - very 70s and no one seats you or approaches...but as soon as you've picked up, looked at the menu and put it down, a server is there taking the order and amazingly minutes later our salad and pizza arrived. I cant recall ever receiving food so quickly from a kitchen other than the nasty fast food places. The pizza (think it was called spicy) was thin crust and very good but the 'Mediterranean salad ' was not good. Where one expects feta cheese, olives, crisp greens, there was rather limp lettuce, far too many limp onions and couldn't find a single olive.

Our advice, get the pizza and enjoy the fast service.

Three of our party of five were disappointed with their lunch here during Puck Fair. They forgot someone's order so we had all finished when that arrived. The Brie cranberry and chicken ciabatta had no Brie in it and was fairly empty! I'm aware it's a busy time but it shouldn't be on their menu if they can't provide it! Service was poor too, no apology for late food.
