We really enjoyed the meal. Four of us on a busy Saturday night. Although the menu is limited the quality is superb. I had the pan fried chicken liver for starters followed by the fish salmon. Others in our party had the rib eye steak and the tea sting plate of organic pork. For desert I had the Irish artisan farmhouse cheese plate. Presentation was really impressive. Service was really good.

After a long day of sight seeing, we stopped for an early dinner at the 1826 Adare. Situated on the Main Street, the restaurant is located in a thatched roof cottage. The prime rib special was the best bit of beef I have ever eaten. The treacle bread was also delicious. Wait staff was attentive without being overbearing. A great early dine experience!

The friendly and efficient service is matched by the interesting menu with its fine dining food and wines.

Our daughter-in-law wanted to try this restaurant while we were staying Adare. We stopped in one evening and they were able to seat us right away. The waitress took our orders, and we were served in a short wait. The food was very good. The dessert was awesome.

We had the pleasure of eating here for Sunday lunch recently. From the minute we arrived we knew there was something special about the place, the staff were friendly and attentive and the food was fantastic...we will definitely be back 10/10
