Stayed here for one night, as wanted to go to Fishy, Fishy and see the town, and easy access to Cork airport. Again best to sort your cases so you only have to carry minimum, the stairs long and narrow. We were on the top floor, very small room and bathroom, but clean. Bed the worst we had during our week long tour, but the room was the cheapest too. No view, could hear the music from the street as it was a Saturday night, but that did not bother us. We chose this b&b as it is in town centre, and has no breakfast inlucluded. We left early to airport so did not have time to eat it anyway. There is parking, so best to drive to the front of the B&B and they can direct you, and you can drop off your luggage, as the car park is a short walk away. Enjoyed our meal at Fishy, Fishy, and then visited few local pubs. Spaniard Inn , in Scilly over looking the town, in evening sun lovely, and an other one, can't remember the name, on Market Lane, big one with two lots of music! Good night. Would go back to Kinsale, but stay somewhere else.

**Note: No breakfast included**

Really central to the town and rooms were very well furnished, clean and comfortable but the price was extremely expensive for what was included.

Rooms are also very noisy being so close to the main street which wasn't ideal for families or people travelling early.

Very disappointed with lack of breakfast, especially considering the prices.

Not the best place in Kinsale. Very small. Too many stairs if you have a lot of luggage.
Nowhere to park and very loud if you want to sleep.
Could not get out of Kinsale fast enough.
They had internet, but very slow.

Great location on Main Street , small rooms , bed moved all over the place on the slightest movement . Shower very weak !! And the best was left to the end , noisy street with pub dwellers singing drunkenly till after 1am . Staff friendly but more of a hostel feel to the ambience than guesthouse .

Only stay here if you like listening to loud music all evening ( pub opposite) and shouting and yelling in the early hours of the morning. Our room looked onto the street and was very noisy indeed. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was tiny and of course breakfast is not included so €73 seemed a high price. On the plus side the town itself is beautiful and the staff were friendly ( when they were around).

Room tip: Ask for a room at the back
