What an absolutely fantastic experience.an amazing location that catered foe our every need.special mention to jackie amd monica for the hospitality which they went over and about for us.we ate there both nights and each meal was better than the other.the room we stayed in had a fantastic view of the ocean and was very comfortable.we will be returning very soon.

The best breakfast I have ever had. Granola (homemade) with berry compote and natural yoghurt was delicious. The Waterfront Full Irish was a continual surpirising experience of delightful flavours, textures and aromas. From the substantial bacon to the delicate spicey white pudding with fluffy, crispy sautee potatoes and juicy mushrooms and tomato on the side, the whole ensemble was a joy from start to finish.
The view of the beach was so interesting that I sat by the window looking out for five minutes at the line of surfers bearing boards on the way to the sea which was all of two hundred yards away from the dunes.
The room was palatial with a very comfortable king size double and a single bed as well as a table, armchairs and upright chairs. The ensuite was also enormous with bath, shower, toilet and basin, as well as a connecting dressing-room/luggage room.
Disliked · A slight stale smell on first entering the building was the only imperfection. However this disappeared as one became accustomed to it. Opening the windows also helped as the beautiful fresh sea air flooded into the room.
Had the best meal in the Waterfront restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing, staff were excellent and the view is so beautiful. Such a lovely experience, we're already looking forward to going back. I cannot recommend it enough.
Stayed Sunday to Tuesday the third week in July. Booked on the Saturday evening and was able to get a sea view . Room 102 was excellent and cleaned daily with fresh towels . Ate in the restaurant on both night and the food was superb . The French toast and the waterfront Irish breakfast was excellent. Walking distance to the town center was 5 mins and is practically on the beach .
OMG! This was one of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time. The food, the staff, the view were all superb. Aoideain was our waitress and she was outstanding! A gem! We had a vegetarian, a pescatarian and coeliac in our party (not easy!) and she went above and beyond in suggesting suitable options and tweaks from the menu to suit. Obviously the kitchen has a very flexible approach to accommodating the customer also. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough! If you haven’t eaten here….put it to the top of your list! Take a bow The Waterfront!
Waterfront House Hotel is wonderful. We reserved an oceanfront room for several nights and it was lovely. Room was meticulously clean and very quiet. Hotel has its own parking area. Truly, everything about the hotel is just perfect. We had not planned to eat dinner at the hotel, but after seeing how popular it was, we decided to give it a go and we were not disappointed. The food is great. The staff are both friendly and helpful. The property could not be more welcoming. Enniscrone is spectacular.
