We stayed two nights in Watersedge as we were attending a wedding in Sheen Falls Hotel. The location was very convenient, with fantastic views. The rooms are bright, airy and spacious with comfortable beds. Lots to choose from for breakfast. Noreen is a great host and the price is very reasonable. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Our 4 nights at Watersedge gave us an excellent introduction to Ireland and Irish hospitality. Our large room was upstairs with a beautiful view and a very comfy bed. Great after a day's walking in this lovely area.

The day begins with Noreen's super breakfast which offers a range of choices and is cooked to order. Tea and coffee are always available.

The main town of Kenmare is a short walk or an even shorter drive. There is a handy shortcut to the main road. Kenmare is a picturesque town with a goodly supply of Irish pubs. It is also an excellent gateway to the spectacular Beara Peninsula and also the ring of Kerry.

Noreen is a fantastic host who offered us great advice and kindly interest in our activities. This B and B set a high standard for our holiday in Ireland.

Room Tip: Ask Noreen for a room with a view - lovely

We stayed here two nights, and really enjoyed ourselves. The hostess was lovely, very helpful with places to go and restaurants. Delicious breakfasts and a nice lounge with a view of the beautiful bay. Drove all around the peninsula, this was a perfect base for seeing the whole area in 2 days, we liked it better than Ring of Kerry. An easy walk to downtown with lots of shops. Our room was large and on the water side, such a beautiful view. Can't say enough nice things!

Being winter, we were the only guests, and were given a huge room on the front of the house, with a large bath and shower. We had lost our directions, so had a bit of trouble finding it, as we thought it would be just on the river. It's near the river, but up through a neighborhood. Once you follow directions and signs, it's fine. Close enough to walk to town - maybe a half mile or so - if the weather is good. A large dog lives here, but leaves guests alone and is no trouble at all. The hostess is friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in September 2014 while on a driving holiday around Ireland. Noreen was a delightful host and provided us with a delicious breakfast each morning. The location of the guesthouse is beautiful overlooking the picturesque lake. It was also convenient for driving into Kenmare and a good base for exploring the local sights as well as The Ring of Kerry. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable and overlooked a lovely garden. Would definitely recommend stay here.
