On arrival at Castle House one is welcomed with tea and homemade cakes by its gracious hostess Shiela Rohan who is also a fabulous cook. The spacious bedrooms are tastefully filled with old furniture, soft beds, crisp linen sheets and fluffy towels - all guaranteeing a great night's sleep. All rooms have an 'ensuite' with piping hot water on tap at all times. Breakfast is leisurely and the vast menu includes fresh fruit, cereals, numerous combinations of hot plates, pancakes, smoked salmon, muffins and homemade breads served with choices of herbal teas and fantastic coffee. We keep returning to this senic village set between mountain, lake and sea and to this great house where we receive unequalled hospitality and generosity from Shiela, her husband Brendan and their family. Looking forward to our next visit.
