This was our first visit out for a meal since last September and we were not disappointed.
As you enter this cosy welcoming restaurant you feel instantly impressed. We were welcome by a lady, who we think is the owner. Although she was wearing the obligatory mask, you could feel her smile and her warm welcome.
The menu is varied with lots of choice. We wanted a light lunch so it was crab soufflé, mussels and we both had the cod. All the dishes were immaculately presented and the food was both hot and tasty. The vegetable side was also a nice surprise. We didn't take a desserts but we saw lots come out and they looked impressive.
The staff were all friendly and professional and the service was nicely timed not rushed but also no long waits.
As for Covid we had complete confidence. The tables are fairly well spaced and the staff continually use hand gel all wear a mask.
Our first visit but will defiantly not be our last.
