I have pondered long and hard about whether to write this review.
I participated in the French bread course earlier this year.
The day was interesting and the group I was with enjoyed our day but there were a couple of things which made the day 'not quite perfect.'
Firstly, the cost. The day was £145. Although the day was enjoyable, I felt the cost was too high. Ingredients were supplied, and lunch was provided.
The other issue was the sheer temperature of the room. It was a warm day and the cookery school was at the top of the building. Because of the need to prove the bread, the air conditioning was turned off and it was unpleasantly hot.
After any experience, I ask myself if I would do it again.
The simple answer is that I would enjoy the opportunity to bake with friends but not at this price.
