“A lovely cottage with all amenities in a fabulous location”

This is a gorgeous cottage full of character in a perfect location. The kitchen and reception rooms are large and well-equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable and cosy. There is a patio garden with plenty of space for al fresco eating. The owners have generously left a huge choice of toys, dvds and books for the use of guests. They also provide a welcome basket and all the basics such as dishwasher tablets. There are lovely canal-side pubs and cafes on the doorstep. The town centre is a scenic walk away along the canal. We stayed there for a week and had a wonderful time.

“Even better than we expected”

This is a comfortable and well equipped cottage in a lovely area. It was more than big enough for our party of 7 - the pictures do not do it justice. The owner left us a much appreciated welcome basket and we had everything we needed. The station is a short walk away and Bath and its sights easily accessible from there. We enjoyed many of the local pubs and restaurants. It was a great place to stay with our young children and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a great weekend here for my sister in law to be's hen weekend. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very easy to get into Bath on the train and fab breakfast to be had at the cafe on the canal. I would definitely stay here again.

“Lovely Cottage - Great Location”

We have just come back from Lock Quay cottage after spending two nights there for a hen weekend. We arrived on the Friday afternoon - we were so pleased with our accomodation.... was much bigger than we had expected and a 'welcome basket' in the kitchen was a lovely touch.
The kitchen was a great size and two sitting rooms was an extra bonus. Only 5 - 10 minute walk to the train station and some lovely places to eat by the water just opposite.
The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions/e mails prior to our arrival.. all the information given to us was 'spot on'.
Would highly recommend this cottage to family and friends in the future.
Thanks again!!

“Great Cottage/Great Location”

We had a perfect stay at Lock Quay Cottage. It was in an excellent location with an abundance of places to eat and drink within a short walk. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had a very high standard of furnishings, kitchen appliances and crockery. It was like a home from home with more books, games and DVD's than you can imagine.

A very well thought out welcome basket awaited us on our arrival - a lovely touch.

I would definitely recommend this cottage
