Room was nice and very clean.
I only missed two things. A small fridge and being able to open the window. Aircondition is not really something I appreciate.
The breakfast (not included) was fine. Only complaint I have was the coffee being terribly weak in taste, even the espresso.

This is my third visit to this hotel and once again I was not let down. Upon entering I saw a mural of two Hong Kong cars tat run on the tramway close to the hotel and it is a good base for visiting the heritage transport museum.

Despite being close to the Mersey tunnel it was very quiet.

Stayed here for an overnight. We got an early check in and gave us an opportunity to meet up with family. The room was spotless and had all the amenities, Tea Coffee hairdryer etc. Very comfortable bed and good size T.V. The wow factor was the staff, so professional and friendly beyond belief. They provided extra Tea for our room, helped with printing our boarding passes, stored suitcases and were very informative on local tourist attractions. I think Premier Inn Birkenhead biggest asset is their hardworking staff. Sorry guys, did not get your names, but a big thank you for going above and beyond, Respect.
