Stopped here for lunch after walking the Kapalua coastal trail. Decent burger type bar overlooking the beach.

Positioned along DT Fleming beach in front of the Ritz Carlton resort - this is not your average burger joint. Fresh, delicious food on a perfect beach location. I tried all the sandwiches. Enjoyed them all; bison bacon cheeseburger, chicken (Katzu Katzu), mahi-mahi and the Bikini burger (black bean and beets). Sounds like a strange vegan sandwich but it was surprisingly moist, fresh and tasty. Cocktails are a little pricey at $18 but a decent selection of beer on tap and in cans for $8. A lot of people seemed to enjoy their giant milkshakes. Too much for me but they looked great.

Standard and high top tables with plenty of open space between for a nice private lunch or a group of 10 among the palm trees. You can also sit at the bar or a long high-top table in front of the bar and watch the waves come in - it's all outdoor seating with great table service.

You can park at the Ritz (I assume there's a charge) or for free at two locations. There is a public park with free parking on the north end of DT Fleming beach that walks right up to the back of the restaurant. There are fewer spaces but you can also park at the public lot on the south end of the Ritz property near the labyrinth point, then walk along a paved path passing in front of the Ritz.

After 10 days up and down the West Maui coast, it's the only place we found to enjoy a cold beer, a fresh (and large) burger without shoes or shirt taking in the beautiful scenery.

No joke, this was the best milkshake I've ever had! Seriously -- we had the one with chocolate and peanut butter and it was decadent. We also had burgers here which were good, but overpriced (at ~$20-25). I'd definitely recommend coming down for a milkshake though!

For a Ritz Carlton, I was disappointed that this was the best they could do for a beach lunch spot. The views are nice. The food is good, not great. But the service is severely lacking ... not worthy of a Ritz Carlton at all. It took way to long to get anything from anyone. At these prices, they should do better.

OMG - the best food at the Ritz Carlton hotel by far! ( also coincidentally down at public beach with ample parking so anyone can eat there). delicious piggy burger which was slow roasted pork and Mahina sandwich was the fresh, mild, moist - both on a Hawaiian sweet roll that absorbed the sauces. Kids had $10 shakes ( yah slightly expensive) but a concoction like we never had before : coconut and pineapple ( hula girl) and royal Kona was coffee and chocolate. They do take out as well packaged in Nice boxes you could carry to the beach. Burgers were $19 and $23 so trust me when I say delicious and worth the money. Take out was ready precisely 12 minutes!
