Excellent cream tea! Lots of delicious home made cakes and friendly service. Good place to eat when doing the coastal walk or a day at the beach.

We had a hot choc and a tea, both very good. We had a scone with jam and cream - very good and a piece of coffee and walnut cake. It was a nice piece of cake but we struggled to find any coffee in it. The lad serving was a bit miserable. Not really a people person

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm glad you enjoyed all the food you had. I would like to say that we've recently taken on our first member of staff. Whilst he isn't the most outgoing lad he works hard, and he does struggle with day to day interactions which most of us take for granted as easy. This is one of the reasons why we have employed him to help him with this part of life.
Thank you for your feedback

A fab little van, selling a great selection of drinks and snacks.

My husband and I chose cream teas, which were lovely big scones, with delicious clotted cream and really jammy jam, all presented in a handy picnic box for the beach. My daughter chose a ham roll, which turned out to be great big bit of juicy gammon in a soft multigrain roll. My son had a warm sausage roll which he thoroughly enjoyed.

All the food is sourced locally, there's a hand drawn map on the van showing exactly where.

We went back for ice creams!

Came across this van on walk down to Towan beach - a lovely coffee and hot chocolate freshly made. Would highly recommend the refreshments that are very cleverly placed en route from beach to car park!

My family group of 4 came across The Thirstea Co van whilst walking our 2 dogs to the beach.
Gained an instant liking for the owner [?]. Sorted out our order with a time to return for collection.
Upon return a table was sorted, water for the dogs pointed out with the food and coffees ready within 2 minutes.

Now you may think that we had just pasties BUT they were great.
