Typical Ibis budget... The rooms are always clean and tidy but being in the budget end of this chain, the hotels are normally situated out of the way or on an industrial estate.... Always get a decent sleep at Ibis, you get what you pay for.

This was a stopover going south, the parking was available as it was February. There is a restaurant nearby but I'm not sure that it ever opens. We walked for half an hour trying to find food, but it feels dodgy, if I had been on my own I wouldn't have gone out, as it was very cold there were people hanging about near the corners of the hotel for shelter. I wouldn't use this again. It might be a good idea for someone to put together a list of restaurants, even if a bus ride of one stop.

About restaurant, we don't have restaurant in the hotel, only snack at 5 minutes by walk.

On booking ahead online found no way seen of reserving an underground parking place. Rang Accor and told not an issue as could sort with reception on arrival. Of course on arrival was full - no advice from receptionist as to where to park......area is not the best and very full at 2300. Hotel does not have any parking aside the underground area. Ended leaving car on a 'less than desirable' back street about 600m walk away. Room was clean but stank of cigarette smoke and bed linen full of holes. Mattress as hard as nails. Breakfast dining room well presented with friendly staff and usual spread. Returned to car and to much relief found it OK......

A very good quality hotel for a reasonable price. The rooms were functional and fairly spacious with housekeeping everyday. Breakfast was good with a choice of bread, pastries, cereal and fruit. The location isn't very convenient for getting into the old town (which requires a tram or bus journey) but is convenient for the university.
