We had a wonderful stay here for 1 week with two children
It felt very homely, the children loved the play area and the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub!
Breakfast was fabulous, very relaxed and excellent staff
The bedrooms were comfortable and clean
Nothing was too much trouble.
We hope to return

This is our 2nd stay at le Neve. 2nd time around we were equally impressed and delighted with the hotel and its staff. I travel for a living and have stayed in multitude of hotels .By far this one is the best of all. The attention to details is impressive. Everything has been thought to accomodate and please the customers . The decor is modern,sleek and fun.Bedding extremely comfortable and clean. The products used are all local and not on the cheap side . The spa and pool very pleasant and relaxing. The bar and restaurant are a must stop as well. Breakfast is included and you will find everything you need there in a relaxing cozy setting . We had to check out early on our next day , and were offered togo bags since we were missing our breakfast . Delicious sandwiches were made for us together with fruits and juices . Outstanding attention and gesture . And of course the staff is amazing , very welcoming , attentive, determined to make you are feeling welcomed and taken care of . Bravo there is no other place I would rather stay at while in Morzine . See you all very soon ! John: you are doing an incredible job .

There is a question in the hotel satisfaction survey asking why we chose this hotel. The answer is that we had stayed in the hotel previously and, after that experience, would not have wished to stay anywhere else in Morzine.
This latest trip reinforced to us that our decision to return here was the correct one.
It's genuinely difficult to think of a single thing that we would alter.
Cool, chic surroundings and vibe. Superb, courteous and efficient staff who go out of their way to be helpful. Clean and comfortable throughout. Lovely food. Great location just out of the main town centre. etc. etc.
My wife and I have decided that the only downside is that the hotel can't magically appear wherever in the world we would wish to Visit! Really great place - highly recommend!
