There is a question in the hotel satisfaction survey asking why we chose this hotel. The answer is that we had stayed in the hotel previously and, after that experience, would not have wished to stay anywhere else in Morzine.
This latest trip reinforced to us that our decision to return here was the correct one.
It's genuinely difficult to think of a single thing that we would alter.
Cool, chic surroundings and vibe. Superb, courteous and efficient staff who go out of their way to be helpful. Clean and comfortable throughout. Lovely food. Great location just out of the main town centre. etc. etc.
My wife and I have decided that the only downside is that the hotel can't magically appear wherever in the world we would wish to Visit! Really great place - highly recommend!

Do I have anything negative to say about our stay at Hôtel Névé? No. It was truly a fantastic stay. The moment we got there the reception were so friendly and helpful. specially as my French is useless (thanks 5 years of school lessons for nothing) They offer these passes for the gondolas and many other activities around Morzine which turned out to be the handiest things ever and we saved a lot of money.
First off the hotel itself- is so very stylish. Everything was decorated so so well. The place has soul. Even the carpets have their own stories. I think it was recently renovated in 2022, and you can tell. everything was clean, tidy and styled great. The hotel has a restaurant which is where you have your breakfast in the morning- the breakfast is fab. something for everyone. The servers were always making sure things were filled up etc. lots of room to sit, outside was available too.
The hotel has a pool which is just lovely. you can sit out on the terrace next to the pool too. And a jacuzzi with seating out the back. Also a sauna but we didn't go in that.
There is a children's room next to reception and a pool table, and also a games room downstairs which has a cinema. so nice. there is also table tennis outside too.
The bedroom was just perfect. not massive, but it doesn't need to be. Lovely bathroom with separate toilet in our room. I think we had just the regular room but ours came with a balcony. the view!! we were facing the back out the hotel so had amazing views. The shower was amazing and the bed was comfy.
The parking was good outside, plenty of it. There was an electric charger out front too.
there is a place to store your bikes and skis etc.
The hotel is in a good location. Quiet from the main town, and just down from the local supermarket called Sherpa.
We used the restaurant called Le Local a few things which is literally next door. amazing food.
I was so sad to leave after 5 fantastic nights. I couldn't ask for a better base to stay whilst exploring the mountains.
We are hoping to come back next year but bring the children next time. I did have a look at the family rooms and they look great too.

All in all I couldn't fault our stay. 10s across the board from us.

Until next time!

We loved this hotel which was our base for a fantastic new year ski trip in Morzine. The whole hotel is warm, cosy and smartly decorated in a quirky modern style that works well. Our rooms were split across two floors, one a little pokey but with a nice front-facing aspect and balcony, the other huge but tucked away at the back of the hotel with small windows. Bathrooms are nice with fantastic shower fittings that give a great shower, always nice after a day on the slopes.

The facilities downstairs are great - a nice bar with some interesting local beers and friendly service, all good for an evening drink. There's a comfy sofa area with fireplace where they have a TV and will put sport on for you if they can find it on the french channels. There's a pool table positioned in possibly the smallest area you could attempt to fit one, resulting in some hilarious shotmaking, and next to the table is a kiddies room with TV, toys, art equipment etc. Go downstairs and you'll find some arcade machines and a funky cinema room with games console.

The restaurant is decent enough and we enjoyed a good meal on our first evening, then a special menu on NYE which was nice enough, but overpriced for what we ate and didn't live up to the hype. Nor did the New Year celebrations which were very low-key with not much of a party atmosphere - but this worked out well as we were fresh for a fantastic bluebird powder day the following morning.

Breakfast in the restaurant is very good, a really nice selection with good bacon and eggs and various other options.

Spa is decent with a fantastic little pool and outdoor hottub, plus a small fitness room with a treadmill - very basic but good enough for a quick 5k before heading to the airport.

Location is great, for skiing you can wait for the bus or walk up the hill to the lift in 10 mins. There's a well stocked supermarket just up the road and the whole town centre is accessible on foot for evening meals with loads of choice - we had some great meals and enjoyed the shopping and festivities around town.

Ski area is fantastic, loads of variety and top notch mountain restaurants - busy at Xmas so make your bookings.

All boxes ticked!
