The hotel is very basic to say the least. Rooms are small and stifling, bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom is tiny. However, all of these would be tolerable if the people in charge really cared about the service they provide.
Unfortunately, they don't. The hotel proved to be unable to provide even the most basic services. On the last evening I returned to the hotel just before midnight only to find that my room was not made up, the towels were not changed and the room was not serviced in any way.
The next morning I had a conversation with a front desk manager and explained that that was not the kind of service I paid for (the hotel required full payment at the check-in!) and requested a refund for the last night.
Unfortunately, the front desk manager refused to help me and generally refused to listen to me at all. She promised that the hotel manager would contact me, which, of course, didn't happen.
I consider this hotel unfit to be on Booking.com; it should be taken down from the booking service as they have no idea about the service they suppose to provide and severely damage the reputation of Booking.comMore
