The Owners of this Establishment do not advertise a great deal, but they don't need to!!The bed and breakfast is their home, set in a beautiful garden in tranquil setting near Bicester this makes it convenient for visiting Blenheim,Palace,Bicester Designer Village,Waddeson Manor and Oxford. We were shown to our room by delightful Anne And John. The room was a proper home from home.Comfortable beds TV CD lots of books including ones relating to the Historic places in the area, even a kitchen area with microwave.John had thought of everything, bottled water in the fridge, biscuits,a torch in case we went out after dark to save our mobile phone battery!!Spotless bathroom with super shower, even a whistle in case of emergencies.A bath robe too. This must have taken a lot of thought by our hosts to make their visitors stay comfortable. After a good nights sleep went down to breakfast which was set in the Conservatory, giving out to lovely views of the large garden.Eggs were from their own hens!!!Beautifully cooked plenty of extras such as cereal, fruit and different sorts of spread for your toast including low fat.Nothing was left to chance. The owners have this spot on,so if you are in the area eschew the Premier Inns and Travelodge.stay with Anne and John.!!

From the second we arrived (no actually, from the phone call telling John we were a few minutes away) John did his absolute best to be a wonderful host. The property, village and location are perfect.

Every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible has been thought of by John and supplied.

As others have said it is one of the best breakfasts I've ever had and I really have experienced a lot of hotel time for work.

In every way completely top drawer!

Thank you John

Would be my first choice if I was staying anywhere near here and would unreversedly recommend to others

What a lovely greeting by John when we arrived.
He made us very welcome , he showed us to our very cosy room and went to great lengths to explain everything.
Our room was warm and cheerful the bathroom next door was large a very well equipped with everything thing we needed.
The breakfast was one of the most tasty I’ve had with an excellent selection of juices fruits cereal ect .
I would definitely recommend this lovely b&b to anyone looking for a relaxing stay 10 out 10 for our stay.

My wife and I stayed over the British Grand Prix weekend. We were met on arrival by John and Anne and made to feel very welcome. Our room was lovely with views over the garden which is delightful. Breakfast is superb and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again if visiting the area. Highly recommended.
