Fantastic rooms and spa area, it's very close to ski lift and you can ski from the mountains nearly to the hotel by taking a special path. The WiFi is free in the room, restaurant is charming, good quality food, great wines :)

Our two families stayed just 5 nights, and although this was the first experience our 6 children have had of staying in a hotel, they are now begging to return. The hotel itself is well-lit and very clean. The family rooms are acceptable for space, but it would've been preferable for us to have a room adjacent to our children, rather than them being further along the corridor. That said, the facilities are excellent, and we love the spa, even if us Brits are a little behind when it comes to sauna etiquette, shall we say....

The thing that makes this hotel stand out is the De Infanti family and staff, who are extremely friendly and accommodating, and make such a fuss of the kids. And of course we must praise the food... it's delicious! The choices ensured that nobody, not even the fussiest of diners, went hungry, and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. If it wasn't for the skiing, we would've all put on a huge amount of weight.

We'd recommend the use of a car to get to the hotel - essential if you need to get children to/from the telecabine for skiing every day, as it is a very steep hill for little legs to climb after a busy day on the piste.

Overall, a truly family hotel which we are hoping to return to next year.

Room tip: If you like gadgets, then you'll enjoy the electrically operated blind in room 209.

We stayed at Bellavista during Christmas holidays, and we enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, gave us the feeling of a warm and familiar place, even though it was our first visit. Altough there was lack of snow, they offered us good advice on the things we might see and visit while we were there. Room was spacious, and clean, and the food was exellent, we especially enjoyed the Christmas eve feast, where the delicacies just kept coming, to our astonishment. To summarize, we came back home with nothing but good memories.

Room tip: All rooms on the (I think it's south) side facing the valley, have a wonderfull view

This hotel is located in the small village of Ravascletto, in the hearth of the Alps. The building looks a little dated but the rooms have been renewed and they are very simple, clean and cosy. The amazing thing about this place is the food: from the breakfast (ask for 'caffe' espresso' not the machine one!) to the dinner, which is prepared by the owner's wife and it is just incredible. It is a really culinary delight and it is a pleasure to see the passion the put into it. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Room tip: Toward the Zoncolan mountain!

I stayed there for a weekend last year and one night this year to do some MC tours in Northern Italy. And both stays were nearly excellent. The food is very good, the staff ist very polite and the rooms are very clean.
The only negative issue is that the rooms are quite old. BUT: they renovate the rooms now.
