We stayed here for a night the end of December. The entire property is so unique and we really loved it. The dinner buffet was decent- a little overpriced. The breakfast buffet had many options. One thing I didn’t like was we had to get two rooms because we had three people. Two adults and our 19 year old exchange student- those rooms are so huge- they could easily accommodate 3-4 people in a room. Also the rooms were very hot during the night. The shower was amazing.

Expensive for what it is. Beautiful setting but needs maintenance. Breakfast although a lot on offer. Mostly tasteless. Overall you expect 5* treatment due to the prices but its 3*quality. It's a quirky setting so from that point of view it's good. Past its sell by date.

The hotel is part of the complex Huilo Huilo, connected with another 2 hotels (Nosferathus and Magic Mountain). The complex is great with great pools (cold and warm), restaurant, kids corner and a lot of nice activities.
The bad thing is have more corners and activities like a Mini Golf and Hot Tub, but they are out of service... The place is amazing but still have a lot of points to get even better.

Room Tip: The rooms are to warm. The most high rooms have a great view, but in this hotel there are not elevator.
