I had a private room with ensuite. Clean, all the basics and great hospitality. The Eco villiage is a blended villiage with eco and standard housing. Has great events.
Django's was clean, quiet and in a beautiful location. Pa the host was friendly and excellent.
Kitchen was clean and a nice warm lounge area.

I stayed here recently for an event that was in the village.
Located in the middle of the eco village, the hostel and the area around it are lovely and peaceful.
From first contact at booking, Pa was accommodating and pleasant to deal with. He has a nice presence and was more than willing to give us some information about the local area, and the very interesting setup that the people of Cloughjordan have there.
Any time I'm in this part of the country, I'll be staying here, and recommend you do the same!

This is the second time my organisation has taken a large group of people to Django's Hostel. I have also stayed here with friends on occasion. Our experience here was excellent, as always. Pa (and Django the dog) are wonderful, accommodating and helpful hosts. The hostel is modern, clean, comfortable and eco-friendly. We stayed in the hostel for 9 days. Pa was so welcoming from the first moment, the hostel felt like home straight away. Pa was available at any time of the day or night and responded to our needs with a smile at all times. He recommended an excellent catering company that served us delicious healthy meals 5 times per day. Pa, Johanna (the chef) and the catering team were simply amazing throughout our entire stay. We really felt like we had been welcomed into the community of Cloughjordan while we were there. We joined Pa and the local community for a music night in the pub and Johanna supported us to host a community meal during our stay. Pa went above and beyond on numerous occasions and even drove us to the train station when it snowed on our last day so we didn't have to struggle with bags. I would highly recommend Djangos for group bookings and also for individuals. The hostel is also wheelchair accessible. Pa was very helpful to our staff member who is a wheelchair user and responded to any requests that we had very efficiently. We look forward to our next visit to Django's.

I was at Django's hostel for a few days with my class and the staff was friendly, the place was nice and the kitchen and breakfast very good at any time.
Would totally recommand to somebody who want to experience the eco village lifestyle!

great stay, nice big rooms, big kitchen area, cosy lounge, nice decoration, friendly hostel-keeper (Pa), all this for a really nice price - and in absolute tranquility. recommend also the pub in town!

The dirtiest hostel I've seen in Ireland. Kitchen and specially the bathroom.
I guess it makes it easier for the host, but why do nearly all the guests have to sleep in one room, when the hostel is nearly empty?
