I found the hotel very good, here are some good tings in the hotel
- warm swimming pool
- very good food
- cross country ski very close to the hotel
Here are some bad things in the hotel
- very hard mattresses
- spa only opens at 15:00

We came here from the mighty Badrutt’s Palace in St. Moritz and still loved our stay here. The room is awesome and the view is absolutely breathtaking. You can keep staring out the window. Mind it, I wrote this review for the price we paid, for only €250 a night this is a great option. Decent spa also

He was amazing, trying to please us and make you feel very comfortable while you have to choose what is the best dish for you. I can't say anything bad about this place everything is good. There is a beautiful breakfast you can choose from continental and much more.i loved the sauna and the steam room.

The hotel has a nice location, very close to public transportation.
Friendly staff, but not very well organized service.
Our room was not cleaned the first day and after a complaint, they sent a lady at 7pm.
The restaurant service was good, but the food was barely eatable, and this was Christmas Eve dinner.

All you could expect from a visit to a 4* hotel. Nothing was missing and all the information as well as all the pictures they provided were accurate.
The location is optimal and the Staff was very friendly and helpful. And the SPA very inviting with a wonderful view.
