situated in the middle of Montana ski resort, with a private but very tight car park.
its one of the original buildings in the resort. Montana is definitely not as smart as its neighbour Crans. The hotel is slightly weather worn.. a bit dowdy around the edges.. The room I had was adequate, clean and spacious with a fabulous view over the rear carpark and on towards the ski lift.. breakfast was typical continental.. the staff wore traditional costume.. they were all absolutely fantastic.. attentive, polite, and spoke several languages. Downside is the strip club next door, and the casino around the corner... I think a lot of local people used the hotel car park as it was free and not policed in any way.. My car was grazed during the 3 day stay..
Would I stay again?? yes I would and mainly because of the quaint charm..

This hotel is reasonably priced yet a bit hard to find by car as the whole town seems to be under construction. Rooms are very clean, the shower was modern and large. Bars in the vicinity close late so there may be some noise after hours. Breakfast was average and adequate with friendly and responsive staff. The wait at the front desk was clearly longer than average during check in and the person in charge had to be called on the phone first.

Room tip: Rooms away from the street may be quieter but the view less scenic.

We stayed her for a second time and the rooms already started to look used. Somehow our room was close to some wasted air tube which probably came from a nearby restaurant or hotel kitchen so you couldnt really open the windows which were located towards those tubes. Since the room was facing towards the street we were woken up by drunk people leaving the bar which is right next to the hotel.. Too bad! The breakfast also changed a lot in what they were offering compared to the first time. The restaurant isnt bad tho!

I've been lucky to stay in Marriott hotels around the globe but I'm not fancy and when's about finding a nice place in Crans-Montana I would always go to this hotel, not that big only few floors but warm and clean as home, nice people, friendly and efficient. A great experience

Really nice clean rooms - spacious with modern features including multi language tv - all English channels available even itv3! The location is excellent on the main high street in tis quiet but stylish resort. We had the half board option but this was disappointing as was the service in the restaurant as they didn't even tell us what was being served. The vegetarian dishes were initially very very bland but there was a misunderstanding that we were vegan and once I explained I wasn't, the food improved and they were very responsive even cooking dishes on request that weren't on the menu so we left happy customers! The restaurant area was nice and inviting and breakfast had a reasonable choice including scrambled eggs, fruit, yoghurt, bread , croissants etc.
