Excellent experience

Excellent experience, both the combination of perfect food and drinks as well as the spa and Wellness area. The staff is professional, decent but very available. The room was absolutely class, very complete, luxery redefined, I can only recommend this hotel - for those who are willing to spend a certain amount.

1 night in Suite 1401 at the Chedi in Andermatt end of Nov. 2021

+ nice hotel + nice large Suite with nice large balcony.
+ indoor pool great for a long swim (35 meter length)
+ restaurant up to the expected standard
+ breakfast has some unique fresh pressed juices like Ginger!
- sound system of TV and no direct connection to Netflix

Room tip: Rooms with back view (not on front of hotel ) is quieter

Another year and another great experience in Chedi hotel

2nd year visiting Chedi and again fantastic experience! From facilities, to costumer service, food and just overall a feeling of “being well looked after”

For sure we will return again!

Wonderful Hotel

I had a perfect stay. My room was huge with a fireplace, sitting area, terrace with fireplace and an amazing bathroom. The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. They have everything and the service is amazing. They even have a special area for little kids-made me wish my daughter was young again (kind of!) The spa is beautiful and I had an amazing massage, The concierge is so helpful and set up lots of fun activities-try to alpine herbal hike and the cheese making class. Both were so interesting and so much fun. The food is amazing. I am a light eater so I ate in the lobby several times. It was a great option and the food was so good! I have already booked a stay for next summer. Only think I did differently was book a room with a view. My room had a view of the mountains but was on the road, I would not recommend this room.

Simply a perfect hotel!

It is extremely rare that there is nothing you have reason to think about it if it was okay or so. In the Chedi this is reality. Simply perfect! And: Probably the best bed we ever slept in! It was a dream come true!
