Sunday afternoon, starved. Stood on line for quite a while, they sold the last pre-assembled Ham and Cheese Baguette to the man in front of me. When I asked for one, they shrugged and pointed to the mozzarella baguette - ? I took it, and then they put it in the grill/salamander for what seemed like an hour, and when I finally got it, it was too hot to eat for what seemed like another hour, and the heating did nothing to improve the sandwich except make it hard to eat - bread too flakey and cheese too rubbery to bite through. There were two women behind the counter, one in the back kitchen, and a girl running plates outside, plenty of personnel to run a one counter sandwich place with limited offerings.
