Good comfortable, quiet room in an attractive old building, only negative point the room was hot - an addition of a fan would have been good, although it was nice to have a minibar with cold drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and choice.

This hotel is right on the edge of the pedestrianised town centre. The car parking is in a reserved space of a public car park only 15 metres away from the front door. The room we had overlooked the street so we could watch the tourists come and go to the Information Centre across the street. The food was typical of German hotels at breakfast but the evening meals were of a high standard. The reception desk had English speaking staff to make life just a little easier for non-Germans. The town is delightful and our stay was memorable.

Room Tip: Our room on the first floor overlooking the street was well appointed.

Home from home; this hotel is very comfortable, and all the staff have been very friendly throughout our stay. I can very confidently recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break in scenic Meersburg. I will definitely stay here again!
The hotel is wonderfully quiet at night, which makes for a fantastic quality of sleep.

We spent three nights at this hotel earlier this month. The hotel is in a good location, on the edge of the old town, everything is walkable, although you will need to be fairly fit as some of the slopes are pretty steep.

We really enjoyed our stay the hotel is very clean and the staff friendly. We were in room 12 which was nicely decorated, we were initially concerned as it was next to the lift and I was worried it would be noisy but actually it was very quiet indeed. The only downsides to the room were that the bathroom was very small, but it was fine for the three nights we were there, and we had no view at all as we were looking over the back of the hotel.

The staff are excellent and welcoming and the rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The hotel location is such that it is a short stroll to all of the old part of the upper town - and several restaurants in this area. Be warned that if you want to spend time at the lake, it is a fairly significant up-hill slog back to the hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms over the street are no problem as the sounds are those of a quiet village (the main road is above and away from the hotel).
