Looks modest outside, but the hotel is actually very good!
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Room at 1st floor was clean, also the bathroom. Good beds and two pillows ok.
Quiet atmosphere.
We too also the dinner at restaurant, again very polite service, and the food was tasty! I would recommend!
Easy shuttle bus transport to airport every half hour, for 3€ / person.
In total, very good value for the money!

This hotel served us well for our purposes - a place to sleep on our first night after a long, international flight. We had flown from the east coast of the USA and wanted a comfortable place near the airport. This fit the bill. It was fine and had a nice bathroom. It's convenient to the airport but if you want to go into Frankfurt you'll have to drive or take public transportation. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. There is a good restaurant on site.
We tried to book the hotel for our final night again before flying out but for some reason the price was EXTREMELY high for the same room about 2 weeks later. We weren't going to pay significantly more for the room after seeing it so we stayed somewhere else. The price seems to fluctuate so book if you want something near the airport and you see a reasonable price.

It is an ok hotel. Not what I am used from other NH hotels. It is an old building, the carpet in the hallway seems just the same age, also visible on the old doors of the rooms. The lobby is remodeled and contemporary. The room and bathroom are ok. Still with old bath tubs to climb in for showering. Plane fly over the hotel and can almost be touched. Great breakfast buffet. There are better and less expensive hotels at Frankfurt Airport.

TV remote control was not working the night of my arrival, I called the room service but nobody answered the phone. My room was in the back of the hotel on the ground floor, the next morning you could hear all trucks and cars passing by, specifically one truck who had its engine on for more than 1 hour at about 5:00 A.M right next to my window. Room cleaning started banging on the door at 07:00-07:15. The hairdryer was not working so I had to walk to the reception with wet hair and ask for one. Consequently I was given access to the sauna area to dry my hair having checked out. I explained the various issues at the reception and was given a 25% discount on €25.00, the evening meal bill of the arrival day.
